College question. Please help.?

I'm interested in an advertising career. However, there exists so many colleges and I'm uncertain on which college to set as my goal. Does anybody know of a few names of colleges that have a good advertising program/major?





I've looked online and I'm interested in the Art Institutes colleges. Anybody have any feedback or attend one of those colleges?

Try and stay away from the Art institutes. they are more interested in taking your money than they are teaching you. If you go to a university you will have to earn your way and you will learn something rather than being herded through like cattle, which seems to happen at those Art institutes.
Reply:art degrees are good if you want to become an art director or account manager.





You want to look for art schools that stress commercial design as opposed to classical design.

Reply:I would recommend attending a university. The Art Institute is fine I guess, however, you would get a much better education at a university. Look into Florida State University. From what I understand we have a good advertising/marketing program.
