Financing a college education??

I am a junior in high school. My parents have absolutely NO money to send me to college and so they are thinking of sending me to a community college for two years when I really don't want to go. As cliche as it sounds, I want to go away to college and have that full college experience, not stay at home and go to community college. I am an international student and i want to attend college in the states, but the fees are monstrous. Could you name me some good schools that offer excellent scholarships and stuff...because i really need it. Btw, I have a 3.7 gpa
